DESCRIPTION

The wonderfully rich flavour of our Ginger Conserve is achieved by using the whole fruit and as little else as possible. As an Extra Jam it contains a larger amount of fruit than standard jam. It is still made to a family recipe in classical copper bottomed pans.

As an Extra Jam our Ginger Conserve contains more fruit and more flavour.
